The pre-course meeting for all iLab courses takes place on Friday, February 6th 2026, 10:00 - 12:00 in MI HS 1
We are looking forward to having full iLabs again next semester as it is most fun with many people! So spread the word...

iLab2: You set the Focus!

iLabX: The Virtual Internet Laboratory
- held by Kilian Holzinger and Johannes Späth, M.Sc. and Tim Betzer
- in English
- module numbers: IN0012, IN2106, IN4240
- this course is open to students from European universities as part of the EuroTeQ program
- mutually exclusive with the iLab1/2 (You can take either iLab1/2 or the iLabX during your studies)
- fully remote block course taking place at the end of the semester (vacation period)
- first phase: 6 week online course (flexible)
- grade consists of performance in lab (teams of two) and two individually graded remotely supervised attestations
- second phase: ~4 weeks with live online lectures and practical work in teams of two (full time)
- the Lab environment is contained in a virtual machine which will run on your PC.

- lab phase: from 2026-08-17 to 2026-09-14
